Operations Assistant / Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join our supply chain operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately allocating customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining smooth order processing workflows. Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and proficiency in SAGE or NetSuite ERP systems is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and allocate incoming customer orders based on inventory availability, customer priority, and shipping timelines.
Process and monitor EDI transactions
Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to resolve allocation issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in SAGE or NetSuite, including order statuses, inventory levels, and shipment tracking.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in order data, EDI errors, or system conflicts.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in order management, inventory allocation, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with True Commerce EDI
Proficiency in SAGE, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in consumer goods, wholesale, or e-commerce industries a plus.
