IS Systems Analyst SAP HANA

Remote Position must be able to travel to Massachusetts and other sites as needed.

Work with minimal supervision taking direction from the Applications IS Manager supporting the business system
applications across multiple locations in North America including the primary data center and 2+ location in
Massachusetts and remote offices.
To ensure the successful implementation of new and upgraded applications and related business processes
including SAP, MS-SharePoint and .Net Development.
This position is located in Springfield, MA 01104 location and may require travel to facilities in the US and China.
Oversees the system design, writes specifications and programs as needed. Focuses on defined projects within
assigned businesses/functional areas.
Carries out day-to-day project tasks relating to several IT projects around SAP S4/HANA.
Understands user s needs, translates them into system requirements and writes specifications for projects as
needed.
Estimates accurate timelines for project steps.
Remains abreast of software functions and matches them to user requirements while maintaining skills in project
management.
Works within site-specific operating constraints, e.g., shift patterns, production schedules.
Must be technically competent to guide and direct users within defined SAP projects.
Acts as a hands on systems analyst when working with projects.
Remains abreast of trends in the industry and maintains the appropriate technical knowledge to support the
network and PC environment in relation to SAP S4/HANA.
Ability to operate independently within a project framework.
Responsible for training, testing and quality assurance as needed.
Ability to work independently within a multi-cultural management structure.
Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3-5 years of proven analyst/programmer experience.
Experience implementing ERP projects into businesses functions is essential.
Minimum two (2) to four (4) years hands-on experience implementing SAP ECC6 or S4/HANA and supporting
end users in at least 3 of the following SAP Modules: PLM, PS, PP, MM/WM, QM, FI, CO, LE, PM, EH&S and
Technical modules.
Familiarity with Microsoft programming required.
Preferred at least 2 4 years development with .Net and SQL.
Ability to acquire, maintain and practice skills in SAP S4/HANA.
