OneStream Planning PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a fully remote OneStream Planning PM.

Overview:
The Finance Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading two critical enterprise initiatives: the Foundational Data Model Restructuring Project and the Planning Optimization Project. These projects will impact key systems, including Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Oracle Essbase. We are looking for experienced and dynamic candidates that will ensure the successful delivery of both projects, driving alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations. Their leadership will ensure the timely and effective delivery of both projects. By driving clear communication, mitigating risks, and aligning resources, you will enable the organization to achieve a robust and optimized foundational data model and enhanced planning capabilities. This will improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and system scalability across the enterprise.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
