Location: Broomfield, CO & Surrounding Areas (traveling onsite to multiple client locations)
Pay: $60-$65/hour W2
Contract Length: 6 months with expectation to extend or convert to full-time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco technologies to support enterprise-level telecom environments across multiple healthcare locations in the Broomfield/Aurora, CO region. This role will require onsite travel to client facilities and hands-on support of advanced telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco-based telecom infrastructure, including: Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco Contact Center solutions, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Routers and Gateways.
- Provide expert-level support for Genesys contact center platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration and operation of Microsoft Teams within the enterprise environment.
- Collaborate with IT teams and healthcare staff to ensure telecom systems meet operational needs and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular performance monitoring, testing, and proactive issue resolution across all telecom platforms.
- Support large-scale deployments, upgrades, and system migrations in a healthcare setting.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for ongoing support and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Senior telecom engineering experience with a focus on enterprise-level systems.
- Deep Cisco expertise (Unified Communications, Contact Center, SBCs, Routers, Gateways, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Genesys contact center platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration in telecom environments.
- Prior experience working in the Healthcare industry (must understand compliance and operational requirements).
- Proven ability to travel onsite across multiple facilities in the Denver metro area.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
