Main Responsibilities
Mapping and documentation of all internal Finance & Controlling processes relative to the launch of a new Retail and Lease Portfolio system in 2016.
Identify process and data gaps and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training activities associated with the project.
Work closely with Finance & Controlling, business, and IT to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
Development of clear and detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements
Develop diverse exhaustive use-case scenarios to test the design of the new system
Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality
Assist the project team in prioritizing and managing requirements
Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents
Identifying issues and risks for business and IT
Skills
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
Strong facilitation skills to manage business process workshops
Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements
Ability to develop instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust communication to accommodate diverse audiences
Ability to coordinate and track tasks with multiple departments
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
ALM experience preferred
Software Skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Sharepoint)
Experience
3-4 years automotive finance business processes with focus on call center activities (Customer Service and Collection processes)
1-3 years Business Analyst experience, on large and complex projects
1-2 years business process analysis and documentation
1-2 years project management and facilitation activities
