Job Description:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Requires several years of experience with Dynatrace, with a strong understanding of its functionalities, especially good experience with building advanced dashboards.
- Technical Knowledge: o Observability: Strong grasp of observability principles (metrics, logs, traces).
- Experience with observability tooling like Prometheus, Grafana and Timeseries DB is needed.
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM): In-depth experience with APM concepts and tools.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- Application Technologies: Knowledge of application technologies such as Java, Python, and microservices.
- Web Technologies: Understanding web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and networking protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
