Description:


Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized contractor to join our Sales Enablement team. This role will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on the creation, processing, and management of insertion orders (IOs). The ideal candidate will have experience in media operations or sales support and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
Create, process, and send insertion orders (IOs) accurately and in a timely manner based on input from sales and planning teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (I.e., Sales, Account Management, Media Planning, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure all IOs are complete, compliant, and aligned with internal policies.
Monitor the status of IOs throughout their lifecycle and proactively follow up on outstanding or incomplete items.
Maintain accurate records of all IOs and related documentation within internal systems/tools.
Perform additional hands-on operational tasks to support campaign activation, reporting, and sales enablement workflows.
Assist with the creation of documentation, checklists, and process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency.
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders related to IOs and campaign set-up processes.

Experience:
2+ years of experience in a sales support, media operations, or advertising role (preferably within a retail media or digital advertising environment).
Strong understanding of the IO process and campaign execution workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with data entry systems, spreadsheets, and CRM or order management tools (i.e., Salesforce, Workfront, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet tight deadlines.
Self-starter with strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Education:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent (high school diploma + 4 years of relevant experience)
