Collibra Developer

Design, configure, and enhance Collibra to support federal data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST).

• Build and manage Collibra Operating Models aligned to federal data domains, reference data, and enterprise data standards.
• Develop and optimize BPMN-based Collibra workflows to automate stewardship, approvals, access requests, and data quality processes.
• Implement integrations between Collibra and Snowflake using Collibra Connect, APIs, JDBC, and automated ingestion pipelines (including Edge).
• Configure and maintain technical lineage for Snowflake tables, views, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines (Informatica, Matillion, DBT, AWS Glue, etc.).
• Support federal data catalogs by ingesting metadata, profiling Snowflake datasets, and establishing authoritative data sources.
• Ensure metadata accuracy and enforce data governance policies for PII, PHI, CUI, and other sensitive federal data types.
• Collaborate with data architects, security teams, and federal program leads to align Collibra capabilities with mission requirements.
• Perform environment management (Dev/Test/Prod) with strict change-control processes required in federal programs.
• Document governance processes, models, integration patterns, and compliance-aligned operational procedures.
• Maintain audit readiness by implementing traceability, lineage completeness, and governance controls within Collibra.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements for Snowflake-centric Collibra implementations.
• Conduct user training and develop collateral to support adoption across federal stakeholders and contractors.
• Participate in agile ceremonies within a federal program structure and contribute to roadmap planning for enterprise data governance.
