Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Range: $35-$45/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do:
As a Technical IT 4 Data Center Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Hardware Setup & Maintenance: Prepare, stage, and install data center equipment (racks, hard drives, switches) following detailed protocols and checklists.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct post-installation checks to ensure proper grounding, labeling, and cabling in compliance with safety and deployment standards.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve hardware issues quickly and efficiently, replacing faulty components as needed.
- Decommissioning: Safely remove and upgrade hardware systems, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Incident Management: Escalate and report issues to operations management and technician leads using established procedures.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technologies
- Prior experience working in a data center environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
