IT Systems Analyst - Remote (U.S. Only)
Contract | Cleveland, OH | Multiple Openings
Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. (EIS) is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Northeast Ohio. We're hiring Systems Analysts (Senior level) to support one of Cleveland's top employers. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity (must reside in the U.S.; no 3rd parties).
Role Overview
As an IT Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role on the Planview Connected Solution program, translating business requests into functional and technical requirements for Planview Portfolios implementations. You'll collaborate across teams to facilitate stand-ups, problem-solving sessions, requirement reviews, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.
Most projects will follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, though some may use Waterfall. Many initiatives will be data-focused, requiring attention to integrations, accuracy, and consistency.
Role Highlights
Gather, document, and refine requirements (story cards, team boards, requirements reviews).
Create and maintain artifacts such as documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams, etc.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (scrum/kanban) including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Lead and participate in monthly and quarterly planning sessions.
Conduct detailed analysis, generate metrics, and support Planview Portfolios reporting.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios (PV Data experience a plus).
Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of tools/techniques for eliciting, prioritizing, and analyzing technical requirements.
Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate in team environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus.
Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid technical aptitude across IT systems, software applications, and data integrations.
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LEAN methodologies.
Exposure to AI techniques and defining/testing requirements for AI prompts.
