BA/Business Solution Analyst //100% ONSITE- LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Introduction:

This position is for a Business Solution Analyst who will be responsible for improving legal operations and processes through technology. The primary role involves acting as a liaison between the legal department and IT department or technology vendors, gathering and analyzing business requirements, process improvement, project management, data analysis, and system support.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department and IT department or technology vendors.
• Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or updates to existing systems.
• Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to Salesforce will be a big plus.
• Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
• Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience will be a plus).
• System Support: Serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

• 7 years of Project Management experience

• Experience with CLM
• Exposure to Salesforce
