Job Details
We are seeking a skilled OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst to join our team on a 6-month engagement. This role will provide critical support for the OpTime and Anesthesia applications, focusing on system build, device integration, supply management, production support, and version upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in hospital environments, with strong expertise in application support and end-user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform core application build and configuration for OpTime and Anesthesia applications.
- Manage and support device integration and supply management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal workflow disruption.
- Participate in system upgrades, version updates, and testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to align system functionality with workflow needs.
- Provide end-user support, system monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure continuity of daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Certification: OpTime and Anesthesia (must be current).
- Experience: Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with clinical and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
