Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on UKG Datahub / Reporting Specialist with strong client-facing capabilities and excellent communication skills. This role demands an individual who can seamlessly manage customer interactions, understand reporting needs, and deliver tailored UKG reporting and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gather reporting and data integration requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using UKG Datahub
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize UKG reporting tools and data pipelines
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and present findings clearly
- Serve as the go-to UKG reporting expert in customer meetings and internal discussions
- Provide guidance on UKG data model usage, reporting best practices, and report optimization
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Datahub and Reporting tools
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools is a plus
Preferred:
- Previous experience in workforce management or HR systems
- Knowledge of UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions integrations
- Experience working in consulting or client delivery projects
