Senior RPA Developer (UiPath)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- XXgn, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
- CollaboXX with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including process design documents, test plans, and user guides.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and SAP, to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
- Candidatetor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath.
- Strong technical skills in UiPath, including experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
- Proven experience in SAP and Finance, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer.
- Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, , or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
