Job Description:
- Contribute to the strategic design and hands-on configuration of the ServiceNow CMDB, including critical CI classes, relationships, and attributes.
- Drive the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors to effectively populate CMDB data.
- Facilitate the integration of the CMDB with essential IT systems and tools to enhance data flow.
- Build and maintain vital CMDB health dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Engage actively with stakeholders to gather CMDB requirements and ensure high standards of data quality.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and timely resolution for CMDB-related issues.
