About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Tester to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will help ensure the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow platform through thorough testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to drive timely resolution.

  • Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validate results.

  • Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution phases.

  • Validate data integrity and perform data-related testing within ServiceNow.

  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the test automation framework.

  • Provide clear status updates and test reports to stakeholders.


Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow and its modules.

  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow-specific testing tools or techniques.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.

  • Basic scripting skills for test automation (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
