Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-savvy Security Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role will focus on responding to third-party security questionnaires, due diligence requests, and compliance assessments from clients, partners, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence assessments from third-party vendors and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.) to gather accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain and update standard security documentation (e.g., SIG, CAIQ, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Track and manage incoming requests using ticketing systems or vendor risk platforms.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or gaps in security posture.
  • Support audits and assessments related to third-party risk and compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the third-party risk management process.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience with vendor risk management tools and security questionnaire platforms (e.g., OneTrust, SecurityScorecard, Whistic, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
