Role: Solution Architect ServiceNow

Job Summary
The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and platform best practices. This role leads solution design across multiple ServiceNow domains and provides architectural governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for complex ServiceNow implementations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define platform strategy, application architecture, and integration patterns
- Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and performance standards
- Review and approve design documents, technical specifications, and configurations
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and senior leadership
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience across multiple domains such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps
- Deep understanding of CMDB, integrations, workflows, and data models
- Strong governance, design review, and documentation skills
Mandatory Certifications
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Minimum 2 CIS Certifications
- Advanced Domain Certification (e.g., ITOM Pro)
- Application Developer Certification
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect)
