Job Details
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure deployment pipelines for highly regulated, enterprise environments
- Lead and scale self-hosted infrastructure rollouts within financial institutions
- Ensure operational excellence across reliability, observability, and scalability
- Contribute meaningfully to backend development in Python and TypeScript
- Collaborate on the design of systems that support AI agent management
- Help shape the technical roadmap alongside a senior team of former founders and high-performing engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a backend or software engineering role with a focus on infrastructure
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or interesting tech company with a high-talent-bar
- Strong GitHub or public portfolio demonstrating real-world projects or open-source contributions
- Deep familiarity with cloud-native and serverless architectures
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated ability to ship secure and scalable systems in high-compliance environments
- Solid programming skills in Python (required) and TypeScript (Preferred)
