Title: SAP Cutover Project Manager/Architect

Location: Denver, CO

Travel: Once/Twice a week travel

Duration: Full Time with TSP

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Cutover Manager/Architect to lead the cutover strategy and execution for our global SAP transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions across systems and business units, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, retail operations, and cross-functional coordination.

15+ years of SAP experience, deep expertise in data migration tools (SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BODS), and a comprehensive understanding of master and transactional data objects and their dependencies. Experience in SAP Retail, MDG, and SAP CAR is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of SAP cutover activities across VF s global retail and wholesale operations.
  • Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify cutover objects and ensure readiness across all workstreams.
  • Oversee data migration efforts using tools such as SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and SAP BODS.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of master data (e.g., Material, Vendor, Customer) and transactional data (e.g., Sales Orders, Purchase Orders).
  • Conduct mock cutovers and dress rehearsals to validate readiness and minimize disruption.
  • Provide architectural guidance on cutover sequencing, data dependencies, and system integration.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and hyper care activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of SAP experience with a focus on cutover and data migration.
  • Proven leadership in SAP cutover for large-scale, multi-country implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and SAP BODS.
  • Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data objects and their interdependencies.
  • Experience in SAP Retail, MDG, and SAP CAR is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in relevant modules.
  • Experience with S/4HANA migrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
