Job Title: Oracle Lead Architect

Role Description:
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across modules including Project Financial Management (PFM), SCM, Procurement, Financials, and HCM.
- Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud and engineering systems (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoDesk), third-party procurement tools, and legacy ERP systems.
- Define and implement data migration strategies for master and transactional data in large-scale EPC transformation projects.
- Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Lead the development of custom applications and reports (using BI Publisher, OTBI) tailored for EPC operations like project costing, subcontractor management, billing, and resource planning.
- Support compliance with industry standards and controls (e.g., SOX, internal audit) and define role-based security aligned with EPC business hierarchies.
- Act as a liaison between business, functional, and technical teams to ensure business needs are met with robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and EPC-specific process trends, recommending optimizations.
