Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Contractor with deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferably Manhattan Active and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to support major transformational initiatives in the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of WMS (Manhattan Active preferred) and TMS platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, QA, and regulatory to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and support UAT.
Provide hands-on support for system integration, data migration, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Document system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards relevant to the lifesciences industry

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based WMS/TMS platforms.
Familiarity with serialization, cold chain logistics, and controlled substances handling.
Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
