Job Details

Required Technical Skills
5+ years Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules).
Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent).
Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
Experience with Service Cloud and case management functionality required.
Required Soft Skills
Strong client-facing communication skills: able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA, 5 days per week and engage directly with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Highly collaborative team player with a consultative mindset.
Strong organizational skills: able to balance multiple priorities and deliver on time.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
