Detailed Job Description:
* Extensive Company DMP (Company's Demand Planner) knowledge, as well as domain knowledge of supply chain planning and forecasting
* Both functional and technical skills
* Strong communication skills (customer sometimes need clear, detailed explanations of how an issue was resolved...not simply to resolve the issue itself)
