TEKsystems currently has a Junior AI Admin opportunity with a client in Golden Valley, MN. This will be 100% onsite in Golden Valley, MN and will start as a 6 month contract to hire. Description
We're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Junior AI Support Administrator to join our team. You'll provide hands-on assistance for our custom in-house AI tool, designed to help franchisees with POS operations via smart chat functionality. This person will partner with development team members daily - and must be comfortable communicating with a variety of technical internal users, as well as executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Partner with developers to create an AI custom-in-house-built tool to support franchisees with a AI chat functionality
Monitor chat interactions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases appropriately
Collaborate with product and development teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Author and update clear, user-friendly knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides related to the AI tool
Assist in onboarding new franchisees by helping them understand and use the AI chat functionality effectively
Analyze support trends and contribute to continuous product enhancement
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback from a user-support perspective
Skills & Qualifications
Strong written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Basic understanding of POS systems and retail operations
Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or virtual assistants preferred
Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
Passion for helping others and solving problems with empathy and precision
Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus Experience
Exposure to AI training data workflows
Experience writing knowledge base articles or technical documentation
Prior experience supporting franchise operations or distributed teams
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
