Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT staffing services and a proven track record in business development, preferably within the technology staffing or consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop relationships with new clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging CRM tools.
Understand client needs, pain points, and project requirements to offer tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality candidates.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, IT Directors, HR leaders, and procurement professionals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve services and capture market opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
3 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT staffing or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of IT roles and terminology (developers, architects, analysts, PMs, etc.).
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) is a plus.
