IT Support Technician
On-site- Milpitas, CA
Direct Hire
$90,000-$100,000

Job Description:

Monitor and troubleshoot help desk tickets (L1 & L2).
Deploy and maintain end-user PCs and equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain end-user applications.
Enhance remote PC management processes.
Implement essential software packages.
Support Microsoft Office and Office 365..
Provide staff training on new systems.
Educate users for increased productivity.
Equip the workforce with reliable tools.
Assist in vendor and consultant management.
Document IT processes and configurations.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position)
  • 5+ years working in an End-User support capacity.
  • 5+ years Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server
  • Some experience troubleshooting Network and Servers (cables, switches)

BonSoft Skills:
  • Experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
