Provide staff training on new systems.
Educate users for increased productivity.
Equip the workforce with reliable tools.
Assist in vendor and consultant management.

- 5+ years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position)
- 5+ years working in an End-User support capacity.
- 5+ years Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server
- Some experience troubleshooting Network and Servers (cables, switches)
BonSoft Skills:
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
- Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
