You are a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record in managing a global engineering team. Your expertise in analog design, especially in the realm of memory compiler flow, sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your project management skills to drive complex projects to successful completion. You have a good understanding of memory (SRAMs) architecture and characterization flow, and you bring a strategic mindset to every challenge you face. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior management and influence across multiple functional areas is unmatched. - Overseeing the design, development, and evaluation of memory compilers.
- Driving project management activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Utilizing your expertise in analog/digital circuits and EDA tool usage to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Enhance our product portfolio with innovative solutions that meet market demands.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our global R&D operations.
- Drive the successful execution of complex engineering projects.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in managing global engineering teams.
- Expertise in memory compiler flow and memory circuit design.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) and Hspice.
- Strong project management skills.
- An effective communicator who can influence and engage with senior management.
