Job Detail: ServiceNow Developer
Contract: W2 Only
Job Description
- 9-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Experience in Service Portal development and customization.
- Experience with workflows in areas such as CSDM, HRSD, and PPM.
- Experience in Java scripting is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting testing, requirements, and documentation of infrastructure or cloud technology environments.
- Experience with Service Now Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration HUB) and Data exchange mechanisms.
- Experience with the implementation of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
- Experience with implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
- Experience in Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
- Experience in building Service Catalogs and maintaining existing Service Catalogs
- Experience on widget creation for ServiceNow Service Portal.
