Job Title: Infor M3 SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 SCM Functional Consultant to support and optimize Infor M3 Supply Chain modules for a leading organization based in Mansfield, MA. This is a 100% remote role, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact ERP transformation and optimization projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics.

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP, with a strong focus on SCM modules.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

  • Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the Infor M3 platform.

  • Configure, test, and implement SCM-related functionalities and workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

  • Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for users.

  • Assist with data migration, user training, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

  • Document business processes, configurations, and functional specifications.

  • Support system upgrades, patching, and enhancements.
