Job Details

Role: Technical Product Manager(CPQ)
Location: Santa Clara, CA, USA
Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects involving SAP CPQ and ServiceNow platforms (e.g., ITSM, CSM, FSM).
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and vendor partners.
  • Define project plans, technical milestones, and integration dependencies between systems (e.g., SAP CPQ CRM, ERP, ServiceNow).
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise IT environments.
  • 3+ years managing SAP CPQ projects (or other CPQ tools like Salesforce/Apttus, with preference for SAP CPQ).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, product configuration, pricing logic, and quoting workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with system integration (CPQ CRM ERP ServiceNow).
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
