JOB SUMMARY

Must Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with Spring boot, Java1.8 and 17, Cloud-AWS-EKS. Preferred: other Cloud technologies and Angular.

Project details- team has 5 different application they are trying to migrate from on prem to cloud which are within Client on prem cluster , trying to migrate to EKS cluster
Jenkins pipeline
AWS EKS is very important
JDK 17 is must have skill
some one who can do system integration testing
developer has to coordinate with Devops team to deploy code
Apigee is not mandatory but good to have
90 % backend role
angular is only 10% so looking mostly on backend (react not required)
Migrating project on prem to cloud experience will be helpful.
while integrating code in JDK developer will be involved in managing the code internally and make changes needed
A problem-based coding test will be conducted during the interview

Detailed Job Description: Developer-Full Stack Senior

• Must have 7-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Help team in migrating Spring Boot Java based microservices from OCP cluster to AWS EKS cluster
• Migrate JDK 1.8 services to JDK 17.
• Help the team in performance and stress testing.
• Participate in release process and documentation

Basic Requirements:

• 5-7 years of IT experience in design, development, integration and testing of software solutions based on J2EE technologies.
• Understanding of AWS services, particularly EKS.
• Familiar with frameworks such as Spring, AWS, Kafka and other DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in Jenkins for building and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of RESTful services and SOAP.
• Familiarity with ActiveMQ as a message broker.
• Experience with Apigee API Management Platform.
• Experience with Angular.
