Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle HCM Implementation: Implement and configure Oracle HCM solutions, including Benefits, ORC, and Core HCM.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements and design solutions to meet customer needs.
- Configuration and Testing: Configure and test Oracle HCM solutions, including workflows, approvals, and reporting.
- Data Migration: Assist with data migration and integration projects.
- End-User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Required Skills:
