Job Details

Title: Technology Support Assistant

Location: Americas Region (Remote with occasional office visits)

Employment Type:contract

Compensation:
Pay Range:$35.77-$51.10/Hrs

Description:
* Support the day-to-day activities of the Governance Unit.
* Provide oversight on system applications and infrastructure changes.
* Collaborate with IT departments across multiple regions.
* Minimize impact on customers and compliance processes.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and management of assigned projects.
* Prepare reports and explanation materials.
* Document various strategic and project plan documents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate progress and issue tracking for projects.
* Support documentation and preparation of strategic documents.
* Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Governance Unit Head.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 2 years of hands-on administrative support experience.
* IT experience is desirable.
* Native Japanese speaker required.
