Data Scientist W2 Only (No C2C)
Onsite| Multiple Locations (USA)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in data modeling, machine learning, and cloud-based data platforms. This is a W2-only contract role (no C2C) open to qualified professionals across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate insights.

  • Build and deploy machine learning models to support business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and model outcomes.

  • Visualize findings using BI tools and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Ensure model scalability, reproducibility, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science roles.

  • Proficient in Python or R, and SQL.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Strong understanding of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

  • Exposure to MLOps, data pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, MLflow).

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Values-driven and passionate about delivering data-informed business impact.
