About the Role
A fast-growing cloud ERP software provider is seeking Acumatica Implementation Consultants to join its services team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with channel partners and customers to lead Acumatica implementation projects end-to-end
- Conduct pre-implementation discovery, scope definition, and fit-gap analysis
- Act as a trusted advisor during deployment, helping partners navigate complex requirements and functional configuration
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and client communications
- Provide product demonstrations and support training initiatives for both partners and customers
- Support escalations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on long-term solution strategies
- Ensure implementation best practices are followed and evolve based on feedback
- Occasionally travel to client or partner locations (up to 25%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related field
- 5+ years of Acumatica implementation experience-ideally in construction, with exposure to verticals such as field services, supply chain, payroll, inventory, and financials
- Strong understanding of construction business processes and terminology
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals (T-accounts, ledgers, debits/credits)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, database concepts (especially SQL Server), and basic report writing
- Able to translate technical and business requirements into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional writing ability
- Motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-moving, tech-focused environment
