Acumatica Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel partners and customers to lead Acumatica implementation projects end-to-end


• Conduct pre-implementation discovery, scope definition, and fit-gap analysis


• Act as a trusted advisor during deployment, helping partners navigate complex requirements and functional configuration


• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and client communications


• Provide product demonstrations and support training initiatives for both partners and customers


• Support escalations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on long-term solution strategies


• Ensure implementation best practices are followed and evolve based on feedback


• Occasionally travel to client or partner locations (up to 25%)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related field


• 5+ years of Acumatica implementation experience-ideally in construction, with exposure to verticals such as field services, supply chain, payroll, inventory, and financials


• Strong understanding of construction business processes and terminology


• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals (T-accounts, ledgers, debits/credits)


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, database concepts (especially SQL Server), and basic report writing


• Able to translate technical and business requirements into practical solutions


• Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional writing ability


• Motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-moving, tech-focused environment

• This is a remote-first position, with occasional travel as needed
