JOB DESCRIPTION:
Individuals responsible for verifying and validating whether products or services meet specified requirements; involved in all phases of the QA process. They implement quality assurance objectives and processes, monitor, and evaluate testing results against the predetermined objectives, and apply recommended actions for improvements. Quality control activities may include functional and non-functional testing such as regression, system, integration, security, and performance testing. They interact with all members of the project team including architects, business analysts, systems analysts, and project managers.

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience. This is a contract opportunity.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years previous healthcare payor experience as a business analyst, analyze, document information and data required to achieve business goals
- Project Management exp., lead healthcare JAD sessions, manage requirements and be able to communicate clearly/effectively
- Forecasting skill set/exp
- CMS Regulation exp/knowledge
- Previous healthcare payor experience as a business analyst
- Create project documentation as necessary to achieve project goals
- Conduct formal and informal meetings with appropriate subject matter experts in both large group and one-on-one sessions
- Research, analyze and translate complex systems/processes in-order to write system/business process
- Coordinate migration procedures to achieve future states

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
