Job Details
Overview:
o Manage and execute capital projects related to physical security technologies (valued at $10K $1M). Ensure alignment with corporate standards, oversee vendor coordination, and maintain control over scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Key Responsibilities:
o Independently manage multiple security technology projects from initiation to close.
o Review engineering and MEP drawings for compliance with standards and project goals.
o Lead risk mitigation efforts and communicate project health to PMO and stakeholders.
o Coordinate daily with vendors and internal teams; attend field job walks.
o Maintain project documentation, forecasts, charters, and MS Project schedules.
o Ensure construction aligns with timelines, capital spend, and safety standards.
o Present regular project updates in status meetings and support variance reporting.Required Skills:
o 5+ years of project management experience; 2+ years in contract and team oversight.
o Proficiency in MS Project, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
o Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including electrical single-line and MEP diagrams.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
o PMP certification.
o Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
