As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their design team to enhance the visual experience of their platform.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Visual Designer to join a newly formed design systems team. This team is crucial in ensuring the platform is both visually appealing and highly functional for enterprise-level customers. • Design and create visual components such as icons, buttons, tables, charts, and reports that enable advertisers and agencies to quickly access and understand ad performance data.
  • Apply color theory and data visualization principles to design dynamic and programmatic data presentations, ensuring that users can grasp key information at a glance.
  • Ensure designs adhere to inclusive design and web accessibility standards, making our platform usable for a diverse range of users.
  • Work within existing Figma files and guidelines in Frontify to expand and refine the visual design of our platform, aligning with overall brand and design system standards.

  • 3+ years of experience using Figma for design projects.
  • Proven ability to apply visual design and color theory to content and data-heavy platforms or applications, enhancing user experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing data visualization work, particularly in enterprise applications.
  • Experience designing for web accessibility, with a strong understanding of inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with UX, UI, product, and engineering teams.
  • Experience in desktop web and enterprise application design.
  • Familiarity with design systems and design tokens.
  • Expertise in designing for web accessibility, beyond just meeting basic compliance.
