Role: IAM Lead Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite - Only Locals)
Overview:
Seeking an experienced IAM practitioner to lead Phase 2 of the ECM Change Management Audit Remediation program. The role involves coordinating application teams, defining privileged access, conducting risk-based deep dive assessments, and ensuring alignment with IAM policy and PAM standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and lead deep-dive assessment sessions with application/service owners.

Drive completion of application responses (surveys, interviews, workshops) and evidence collection in CMDB/SharePoint/ServiceNow.

Define/document privileged access (roles, service accounts, break-glass, cloud admin roles) aligned with PAM standards.

Map entitlements to accounts and controls (vaulting, rotation, JIT, MFA, session management) and identify remediation needs.

Perform risk scoring and produce deep-dive assessment reports and portfolio rollups.

Ensure compliance with IAM Policy and PAM Standard; document exceptions with mitigation plans.

Coordinate with CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint IIQ, and ServiceNow for onboarding, governance, and reporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years in IAM/security across multiple platforms, OS, and protocols.

Experience with privileged access management, application assessments, and audit remediation.

Familiarity with CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint IIQ, CMDB, and ServiceNow.

Security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, or similar).
