Paid Search Marketing Campaign Specialist
Auto OR Credit Industry Experience Preferred- Fintech exp
They are looking for some Google Experiments experience-
They will be looking for tactical skills as well.
They will also be looking for the ability to group keywords based on audience behavior and writing ad copy that speaks to specific needs (auto/credit).
A/B Testing and Google Analytics to measure what works best in Paid search campaigns to improve performance.
Title: Growth Marketing Associate
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate for our paid search team. As a member of the paid search team, you will play a key role in helping to grow our auto insurance paid search program. You will help to develop and execute or strategy for building our auto insurance paid search program and will work closely with other paid and owned digital marketers in collaborating on strategy, landing pages, audiences and more. Responsibilities:
- Assist in scaling our paid search program for auto insurance.
- Assist in development of testing roadmap and execution of new paid search rollouts.
- Work with creative and analytics teams to develop creative briefs with clear messaging and precise targeting based on customer needs
- Analyze and synthesize marketing data to communicate major findings to broader marketing team
- Assist in daily monitoring of program KPIs and account performance
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
- Google Ads Proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience with campaign setup, keyword research, and ad copy development within Google Ads ( Bing a bonus.) Experience setting up and running successful google experiments with ads, conversion signals, landing pages, etc. - Knowledge of best practices for optimizing performance, including bid management and quality score improvement.
- Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to use tools like SQL or database reporting to analyze and optimize paid search campaign performance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate campaign performance and strategy to clients or team members. Demonstrated ability presenting performance and strategy.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus but not a requirement.
