TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team tackles the challenge of creating engaging and effective ad creatives at scale. Model Training and Fine-tuning: Participate in training and fine-tuning machine learning models for content generation, ensuring high quality and relevance of outputs. 4. Data Management and Preprocessing: Assist in preparing and cleaning data for model training, ensuring data quality and supporting effective model performance. 5. Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to implement AI solutions that meet business requirements and optimize product features. 6. Technology Engaging: Stay updated on the latest advancements in multimodal and generative AI, integrating relevant technologies into product development to enhance capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Final year or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields, with a solid understanding of advertising and creative technology. Passionate about AI and content creation, with the ability to design AI solutions that align with business objectives. 2. Strong foundation in computer vision and deep learning, familiar with neural network architectures and algorithms. Proficient with training frameworks like DeepSpeed and Megatron, and acceleration techniques such as model distillation, pruning, quantization, MoE, and FlashAttention. 3. Knowledge of advanced multimodal and generative AI models, including CLIP, BEIT, CoCa, BLIP2, InstructionBLIP, Flamingo, ChatGPT, LLaMA, Qwen-VL, and StableDiffusion. 4. Ability to enhance the quality of image and video creatives using methods such as Prompt Engineering, pre/post-processor plugin optimization, RAG/GraphRAG, AI-Agents, and Fine-tuning. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Hands-on experience in model development and AI project deployment, with expertise in multimodal classification, retrieval, content matching, and video captioning. 2. Strong skills in creating high-quality content using LLM/MLLM/AItechnologies. 3. Insight into the technical roadmap and trends in AI subfields like audio, image, video, and natural language processing. Preference for candidates with top-tier publications in relevant AI areas. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $231000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
