Details:
- Hybrid work model with 1-2 days on-site in Downtown San Diego or Orange County.
- Compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory infrastructure.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server and Workstation operating systems and third-party software.
- Manage patch management processes and implement vendor's changes, upgrades, and patches.
- Assist with platform upgrades for virtualized hosts (Hyper-V and Proxmox).
- Coordinate system hardware and software testing with development teams.
- Utilize management tools (SCCM and WSUS) for patching and imaging Windows systems.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of server backups and resilience methods.
- Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting using the NinjaRMM Helpdesk system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide updates to management and project leadership on critical ongoing issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical competency in Windows operating systems, network communications, and security tools.
- Proficiency with security assessment and hardening tools.
- Knowledge of batch scripting in PowerShell, VBScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with current industry-standard systems architectures and emerging technologies.
- Strong critical thinking skills for expedient problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
