Manager Information Security

We re hiring a Manager of Information Security to lead strategy, risk management, and security operations across a growing enterprise. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building team maturity, enhancing threat detection, and refining governance practices. You'll oversee a team of five, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide modernization efforts around tools, policies, and security culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a modern security roadmap aligned with business and risk priorities.
• Manage day-to-day security operations including SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead incident response efforts and coordinate investigations, communication, and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor and manage a five-person InfoSec team covering GRC, cyber, and physical security functions.
• Partner with IT and compliance to refine policies, controls, and audit readiness practices.
• Promote a strong security culture through awareness, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep understanding of risk frameworks and controls (NIST, ISO 27001, or similar).
• Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Defender, and enterprise security platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Bachelor s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications.
• Experience refining or maturing fast-moving security programs.
• Background working in mid-size to large IT environments with hybrid infrastructure.
