Job Details

Role Description:
Responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, and testing for Oracle Cloud HCM. This role involves hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Module

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements, lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and perform fit/gap analysis of requirements
  • Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Monitor and report on module progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about Oracle Cloud HCM updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for overall system configuration for the Compensation module
  • Lead project team analysis sessions& verify quality of deliverables
  • Evaluate functional accuracy of customizations made to system
  • Assist in timely resolution of functional issues
  • Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities
  • Support maintenance of project plans
  • Coordinate with client for review and approval activities
  • Coordinate all testing activities
  • Assist in planning for transition to production

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: 120-160K (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
