Oracle Fusion Financial Functional

We are seeking Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant with strong business analyst capabilities to support functional integration and process ownership across key modules during a major enterprise transition. These roles will lead discovery, configuration, testing, and handoff activities for Oracle Fusion applications, working closely with internal teams and Oracle functional leads.

Functional Modules

• Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger(GL) and Fixed Assets(FA)

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT testing and validate Oracle Fusion functionality from a system and process perspective.
• Collaborate with Oracle functional leads and internal teams to ensure accurate handoff and process continuity.
• Configure and execute business processes within Oracle Fusion, including AR/AP, and others.
• Train and mentor internal users on Oracle Fusion workflows and best practices.
• Own and manage end-to-end process execution for assigned functional area.
• Identify and resolve integration issues, dependencies, and gaps in system setup.

Required Skills

• Ability to configure, test, and execute processes.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion in a functional or process lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to Oracle Fusion modules.
• Experience leading UAT and supporting system handoffs to internal teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and guide process adoption.
