Network Administrator
Top Secret clearance is required to start
Must be SCi eligible
Montgomery, AL - ONSITE
7am - 3pm shift
Must be Security+ and CCNA certified
Must obtain CCNP within 90 days of hire


Requirements:
7+ years experience with: installing, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, patching, and hardening routers, serial consoles, load balancers, and switches.

Responsibilities:
Analyzes and simulates network traffic to aide in problem resolution or to test updated configurations in virtual or physical lab environments.
Monitors system utilization and circuit bandwidth then reports anomalies to Government team leads.
Develop, execute, modify or remove scripts to assist in automation of tasks, as possible.
Review and document all workload activities per incident or change request to eliminate re-work or for auditing/investigation purposes.
Deep level of understanding/experience with enterprise level network architectures/configurations is required and experience with ACI is desired.
Notify appropriate Information Technical Equipment Custodian (ITEC) or Property Custodian (PC), in writing, within 4 hours for all accountable item moves.
Neatly bundle and conceal all excess system or peripheral cabling after each installation or repair.
