Role : Sr Scrum Master
Location: Remote Top 10 Skills This individual would be helping organize, facilitate delivery and project management activities across data & analytics teams
1. Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of the underlying technologies, systems, and development processes is crucial. This enables the project manager to understand technical challenges, assess risks, and facilitate informed decision-making.
1. Agile Methodologies: Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) is essential. This includes facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
1. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical and non-technical roadblocks is critical for keeping the project on track. This includes creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
1. Communication: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are needed to effectively convey information to the execution team, stakeholders, and leadership. This includes active listening, clear articulation of ideas, and the ability to tailor communication to different audiences. Ability to mitigate a situation which doesn t need escalation. Keep the program solution owner informed proactively.
