RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data Governance Analyst - Finance Systems to support data governance and quality initiatives across finance and procurement. This is a remote position. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial and supplier master data across enterprise systems, driving compliance, standardization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce data governance frameworks for finance and procurement systems
* Manage and maintain accurate supplier and finance master data in ERP and related systems (Oracle, Coupa)
* Lead data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance initiatives
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure consistent data standards and compliance
* Train stakeholders on data governance policies and track adherence

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, or finance systems
* Experience with ERP platforms and cloud-based spend management tools
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
* Certifications in Data Governance or MDM (DAMA, DCAM, CCPA)
* Knowledge of compliance/regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, CCPA)
* Experience with automation tools for data validation and cleansing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
