Job Title: Support Specialist I

Duration: 2 Months

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour

Description of responsibilities:

The Support Specialist will review support requests from podcast publishers and address their questions within stipulated SLA. Specifically the support specialist will

Work with the existing CX team to address publisher related concerns
Manage communication with the publisher
Assist CX team with manual tasks related to new customer onboarding
Work with finance team to address payment related concerns
Route questions to the appropriate groups within Client
Ensure the appropriate decision is reached on each request
Be able to work cross-functionally to communicate problems, solutions and implementation plans

Job Qualifications
- 0-3 years experience in customer service
- Podcasting knowledge helpful but not a must
- Knowledge of Zendesk a plus but not a must
- Comfortable handling a high volume of work on a daily basis
- Diligent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong personal/integrity
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
